Hampden Post Acute today announced that Jennifer Crowley has been appointed as its administrator. Crowley has over two decades of experience in skilled nursing and long-term care, most recently serving as the administrator of Briarwood Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Neeham, Mass.
“Stepping into this role is an exciting new chapter,” said Crowley. “For me, success is measured in the comfort and confidence our residents feel, and I look forward to working closely with our dedicated staff to ensure that every resident receives the highest quality of care and finds joy in every day at Hampden Post Acute.”
Crowley’s experience also includes 20 years as a certified nursing assistant and seven years as a licensed administrator, working directly with residents. She completed her education with a bachelor’s degree in health administration and earned her administrator license.

Hampden Post Acute – located at 9 Maple St. in Wilbraham, MA – is a 135-bed subacute rehabilitation and nursing center that adheres to a patient-centered care model. The Wilbraham skilled nursing facility is dedicated to the post-hospitalization care of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgery, stroke, cardiac, pulmonary condition, and other acute medical conditions.
Hampden has a specialty cardiopulmonary program directed by an on-site respiratory therapist as well as orthopedic rehabilitation services.
